@mohammed have been overstayed before because of my previous school. The issue was resolved after 1year and 9 months.. after then i got sp and paid for my compound and left to my home country. After which have applied again. Would that be any issues at all?

As long as u paid off the overstays fee u should be fine i guess. Immigration wont reject just cos u overstays for 2 days due to carelessness.

Is it already in immigration? Then yes got possibility to reject. As emgs said the approval of VAL is entirely at immigration discretion. They still can reject your val if they deem fit.

Rejection at this stage is rare for new applicant. Only if you have immigration issues like overstaying, change university without release letter, having an active application in their system etc

Yeah exactly. If its pass the stage from EMGS and they submit it to immigration which means all okay. Cos EMGS will do the vetting before they submit to immigrations to prevent rejection.

If your institution applying the visa is OK you will get Special Pass. but need to tell valid reason WHY and pay “mybe” fine i dont know hpw much, if you dont have both most likely they will take your finger prints and cant come in for 5 years.

If u clear off the overstayes fine its okay and if u provide an exit stamp to emgs and immigration.

They stamp for me an exit stamp as normal ! But they didn’t ask me to pay for anything !! And when I asked the officer there , that I want to study , she told me there’s no problem !! But y need to applie for visit visa !! Is there anything I can do it from there in immigration??

Hi , than u for replaying and helping me , yes I applied and I’m waiting to get the visa , when they wrote on the stamp when I was in the airport going outside from Malaysia the immigration officer told me that i overstayed 2 days and he worse beside the stamp that i overstayed 2 days , without any another ban stamp or block stamp , and I asked a…[Read more]

Think u have to clear the fee of the overstay first. Did u apply for VAL or renewal? You have to provide EMGS and immigration an exit stamp from your passport to proceed with your applications i think.
