My application visa is pending on 30% because the institute needs my exit stamp from Malaysia. I sent it to the immigration but they said ((we cant accept it)). Ask your institute for further information and tell them to send your exit stamp when they accepted it,thats better. I sent to UPM but they dont response. So, could you help me please?

Hello brother, how many days does immigration required to cancel VAL. I hlam having a problem that immigration didn’t cancel my VAL even after submit the required documents from EMGS. I need your guidance please.
