Hi emgs , my university is university of malaya, always when I contact them about my problems they are not reply to me, I don’t know the problem. Please provide me a link between me and um. Or any body going to university of Malaya?

If your progress wheel is green then it’s normal, if its yellow then you should contact your institution and let them know the issue.

If the color is green then you have to wait or call EMGS to expedite the process
If its yellow then there is a problem like correction PR additional documents your university have to submit
