Dear EMGS
My friend who’s applying for student visa under language center his application pending 35% since
02-04-2018 becouse he had applyed for student visa under university but he couldn’t come at that time to malaysia and his visa expired . So EMGS asked to cancel his visa from privouse university to be able to get the new one . He got the confirmation form university that his visa canceld and his privouse visa issue closed with EMG since 05-04-2018. But his application still pending until now. Just he wants to know If there is other thing required or why still pending
His passport number is : 3697619
Nationality is Palestinian
