Good day,
I have contacted you via EMGS community and you informed me that (Please note that based on our records, we have sent the refund form via case number 1217023 and we are yet to receive the refund form. Kindly submit the refund form in order for us to proceed accordingly.

Based on our records, we replied the email case number 1217023 on the 14th of January, attaching the refund form. However, we have just forwarded the same email along with the refund form.

What is going on? Are you telling that to save some time? Even I emailed you many times requesting my money to get back to me but you ignored it.
The bottom line i need my money back-
