@alpha-2, Sorry for disturbing you but I had a question. I currently am stuck at verification just like you were before. I have tried contacting enquiry@emgs.com.my and they told me to clear my data which did not work. Could you please tell me what you did to make it work?

I am from Asia Pacific University in Kuala Lampur. Besides that, I have tried taking the selfie mutiple times but it does not work.

Ah I see, thank you very much for taking the time to help. Btw, did the app work on a week day? Because I think this app has issues on weekends for some reason.
I did but i had to clear cache so many time and had reinstall the app many times too. At last i got in. You should also email directly to emgs.

You would have to wait a week or 2 as it took me that much long just to login through app. Or it might be faster.

When you go into profile, down there will contact emgs, go into feedback and write what you want to ask them give them your email. Hope they’ll reply soon.
