Hello,
I’ve been trying to verify my identity for the past couple of days. However, every time, after the selfie, the following message in the screenshot shows up. I’ve contacted customer care and they instructed me to clear the app data and reinstall but unfortunately that did not make a difference.

Does anyone know a way I can fix this?
