I’ve been trying to verify my identity for the past couple of days. However, every time, after the selfie, the following message in the screenshot shows up. When you go into profile, down there will contact emgs, go into feedback and write what you want to ask them give them your email. Hope they’ll reply soon.

I did but i had to clear cache so many time and had reinstall the app many times too. At last i got in. You should also email directly to emgs.
