Kindly help me in regard to get dependant pass as I have arrived in USM with my wife. I used eVisa for my wife come with me to Malaysia as per your advice that social pass will be converted to dependant pass. I have got eVAL to pursue my PhD studies at USM main campus. You have to do medical examination in your first 7 days from arrival , my advise is to do it as early as possible ,may be in your second day.

For Public Universities ,it is not compulsory to submit your Medical report for VAL which is not the case with private Universities . I have applied without medical report and I have received my VAL then did the medical examination in my university clinic

What period got to achieve VAL… I applied on 7 September but still of 15% and photo re submitted -
I am asking the same question but no one is replying if you get some information please do share.

On what date you applied?

on 27 august got my VAL on 22sept. Dont worry they take about a month if there is correction.After my correction they took 15 days to issue VAL so dont be stressed.
