Dear EMGS Officer
My Passport # BY0258591, I’ve applied for VAL for my Masters at UPM Study Purposes.
In 15%, EMGS requested to share some documents as per procedure. I’ve shared all the dosc to my University, University also shared with EMGS as per University authority. 4 out of 3 issues are closed, but still 1 issuw open.
Looking for your kind intervention for solving this issue.

  We have received your documents. However, your application is still pending as the course name on the Offer Letter does not match the course name on the IM14 form. Therefore, kindly liaise with your institution to submit the correct documents/information in order for us to proceed accordingly.
