Hi EMGS Officer
At the my case, EMGS requires release letter from previous institution. I was admitted in the year of 2016 session and due to a valid reason I could not continue my studies and I left Malaysia in 2016. Now how can I ask them to issue a release letter because I am no more student at that institution. Best of my understanding release letter only required only for transfer case. Thank you

  You still need release letter even if you apply as a new student. You can request for release letter from your previous university. There should not be a problem to get it from them.
