I have sent the photo to the EMGS through the email ID dedicated for the additional documents. Again today I’ve received the same mail that I’ve received a day ago. How can I contact them (EMGS) over a phone , WhatsApp or through any other means?

  Please send the photo through your institution and ask them to submit it to EMGS and then wait for their response usually 2 to 3 working days

Hello EMGS,
I’m wondering how to take a picture which will accept by EMGS. I have asked from professional foto studio to take picture. When upload it to verify. Msg is showing photo does not show skin colour 😢

  Did u follow the rules of pic requirements.
  Plus i would suggest for ur professional studio to edit ur photo and lower the brightness a bit. If it fails again just go to another studio.
