It will be sent to you only after 70%. You do not have to have hardcopy couriered to you, you coukd have it by email for a faster process.

Did you take a print along with you to Malaysia?
Someone told me that I need the hard copy.
Depends on the university if they were to send it by mail or courier it.-
You need VAL to get SEV from Malaysian embassy. So, you could print it after you receyit by email then go to Malaysian embassy fir obtaining SEV.

My country doesn’t require a SEV to travel to Malaysia.
