Guys some one help me regarding how to take passport size photo coz emgs keeps on rejecting my passport size photo i done everything according to the instruction but the remark is background issue View
They rejected because the background of the photo must be pure white
May I ask how did you send them the photo after they rejected the first one? Was it by email?
I faced the same problem with my photo (my personal photo not the one of the passport), my photo background was not white enough to meet the requirements so I had to change the photographer and it worked. You should try another photographer who is better and tell him about the requirement.
How did you send (submit) them the new photo?
Actually, my application was cancelled (but this was before the creation of my record, which means before I could check my application percentage). So, I had to create a new application, but a person here told me that he faced the same thing and it was possible to just email the new photo to EMGS to gain time.
