I had similar of this problem, but i think their solution are same.
My name in my the passport is different from my name in my certificate, if you want to know how you pass this step text me on WhatsApp.

Go to the Ministry of Education with your passport and your ID/ Eqama n they will fix it and print you a new certificate..Doesn’t take 10 min.
Make sure every detail is the samr as in your passport.
