Hello, Thanks for your continuous efforts to process applications and respond to inquiries
I got my VAL two days ago but the progress still stuck at 38%, shouldn’t I be able to download the eVAL by now, Many Thanks in Advance.

@wardab Hello , I got notification this morning indicating that EMGS is in the process to submit my application to the immigration and the progress reached 32%, then I just got around 3 pm today another notification informing me that my application has been cancelled, I’m really confused and I don’t know what happened and what does that mean
