No at this stage u better wait till 70% when u get ur eval then come because normally if u were inside the country they will ask u to leave and submit exit stamp on 30% to continue ur process as u can’t be inside the country while processing ur val

So does it mean I cant go holiday in malaysia? even if I have return tickets?

Your eval will be ready on 70% if all ur documents are clear it can take up to 1month to get ready if lucky will take 14 working days

I had the same issue that it stuck on 30% and the university delayed to submitted to EMGS but after they submit should take 3-4working days then it will be updated in system and it will go to 32% to submit ur document to the immigration for approval once it submitted it will be 35% the it will take 14 working days approximately to get eval.
