brother @Mohamad my VAL was rejected 18 sep 2017 and my institution proceed the appeal 5 October but it depends on your institution weather they can proceed your appeal quickly or not and also it depends on the reason for your rejection.
Me the reason was my passport copies wasn’t clear but I fixed it.

  Okey my val rejected at 5 october and still didn’t tell the reason of rejection
  So it takes two days to runing your process smoothly
