Any inside Malaysia applicant ( dependent of expatriate) facing issues to get eVAL even after country ban lifted ?

Is there anyone whose VAL rejected for travel ban and after institution appealed applicantion rejected again??

Anyone having similar issue?

What is the process of applying VAL from inside Malaysia for a dependent of an expatriate?

Anyone applied for VAL from inside Malaysia? Is it the same like offshore applicants?
