i have same issue, my institution tell me the valid pass will move from system,but it hasn’t happen

Dear EGMS, i asked about the latest notice to my institution, they told me if things goes well, my application issue for valid pass will removed from the system. and i want to know will my application back in normally? or my application back in normal after my institution submitted my passport with “Format A” from?

My visa application stopped in 50% 1 month ago, and i want to know does EMGS still not received my specialpass from my institution? many thanks
