Hello,

This is me Misbah Rehman .My passport number is VN9150881 . I am a student in UPM,Malaysia .I have submitted my husband’s dependent pass fee for application .But since 29-11-2023 my payment is stuck with the status accepted for processing. Payment is transferred from cimb account to maybank account of Malaysia emgs using duitnow.I contacted cimb bank and they are saying that payment has been sent but issue is on beneficiary side (may bank account).Please guide me what I should do now as I am already done with payment .May I submit a new payment through the cash method and later the first payment may be refunded or not ?

  Hi Misbah,
  
  You are supposed to contact your institution to advise on the correct way to send the payment to them for the payment to be made to EMGS. Thus, we advise you to refer to the institution and the bank provider regarding this matter as the dependant pass application should be made through your education institution.
