Hello,everyone ,could anyone tell me since l changed a new phone, why l can’t login into, and l can check my IKAd card, after l filled the email and passport number, when l take selfish,the system always shows that the request timed out,please try again later

hello, my visa still valid, and lm a studebt from china, but my travel authorization form has beed rejected, it shows that it does not comply with the mandatory requirements,kindly contact the institution for further information regarding this matter, l didn’t understend what it means, so how can l do now?

You have a multiple entry visa correct? If yes, you do not need travel authorisation.

Mina. The easiest way for you to be completely comfortable knowing what documents you need is simply to ask the flight carrier you booked with. Interestingly, airline operators are given specific instructions not to grant boarding to any person going to Malaysia unless they show some documents.

Hi,l have valid student visa from china, if lm going to return to Malaysia, what things l need to do? do l need apply any document, or do l need to apply travel authorization

Just arrange for quarantine. No need for travel authorisation as long as your student pass is valid.

  But for home quarantine? It is still a demanded document! I’ve seen that in the application ( travel authorization for non Malaysian only)

you should apply on emgs website.
most student with expire visa they can apply for that.
