Dear EMGS officer,
My VAL turned 35% december 4th and now is stuck for more than 10days.
Please can you tell me if it’s normal that the process can be slow sometimes ? Or is there something wrong with my VAL ?
Here is my passport number : DF7132936 and also I’m from morocco
