Hi! I am a student from the Netherlands applying for a mobility program in Malaysia. The nearest spot for an appointment at the embassy to get a SEV is on 22 of August. Can I apply for it from a different country? For instance, India? And also, does anyone know how long does it take a SEV to be issued and if they take your passport away from you? View
