Please my approval was at 38% but i later saw rejected on it ,what can caused this please

  Have ur VAL got already approved before ? Or it just show reject?

    It was showing 38% before until I check back and was rejected but that of my younger brother we both applied and was at the same percentage was approved

      Follow up with your institution to do appeal letter
