I am from Nigeria.My VAL was approved since July 28,but my country need SEV ,to come to Malaysia. I have applied for the SEV since August, but not yet out.the agent who helped me to apply for the SEV said I will be needing NDLA document, before my SEV can be issued to me. I advise you write to EMGS, and tell them your approval is expiring in December, they will tell you how to get another one. Ndlea clearance certificate processing takes 3 weeks, and gathering the required documents alone might take you at least 2-3 weeks. Have you seen anyone who got the certificate less than a day? Stop misleading em man. Even the eligibility letter takes at least a week to get, and you need both to apply for your sev. Seriously, what have you been doing since? Why didn’t you go apply yourself? Your agent is jonzing you man

No. Eligibility letter is issued by the ministry of education, Abuja. First, you have to attest your certificates and they will issue you a letter when it’s all done. Easy process, takes a week
