Hello bro I have got the Val so I am afghani passport holder so can I go to Malaysia on VAL or I have to get a SEV kindly tell me please

Okay mam one of my university member said that u dnt need any SEV just come on VAL because all the students who have afghani passport they all are coming on VAL so like if u just comfirm me with that
I will check with friends holding afgani passport and would come back to you soon.
Okay she said that Afghanistan is not in SEV list so just get a VOa stamp and come on VAL
Bro i am holding afghani passport its been only a month since i am here , i dont know about your institution but when i came here i got my SEV Stamp , i think you should apply for SEV
Hi Abid and Ahmad Afgani friends in my university told he just traveled with the VAL he didn’t apply for SEV. He said VAL is enough for persons with afgani passport
