Due to my mistake, I accidentally made the JomPay payment for my visa application fee directly to EMGS, while my university’s procedure requires that the payment be made to the university first before they proceed with payment to EMGS. I truly did not intend to cause any trouble, and I am very worried because this error may delay my application process.
Could you please guide me on how I can apply for a refund? If there is a specific refund department, an email address, or a procedure I need to follow, I would be extremely grateful if you could provide it to me as soon as possible.
