How long will it take from 35% to 70%????

No you need to contact your institution and provide them by the required documents

If you apply through your institution.. Then, you are to submit your documents and payments to your institution. However, if your institution states that you are to apply through EMGS. Then, you are expected to submit your documents and payments to EMGS online.
