Dear EMGS

When will I get my passport back ? I’ve submitted my passport for student pass since 19 september 2018 at my institution ( University of Malaya) and it has been 6 weeks now (over a month) and my status in Emgs app still stuck at 80% waiting for me to submitted my passport to institution which I already submitted…

In this situation what can I do about this ? I really need my passport back before the semester break please….
