Good evening EMGs

I am exchange student at UM and I want to ask you about my passport

I’ve submitted my passport at Visa Unit in UM since 19 September 2018 for student pass but it has been over 1 month now and my status in EMGS in the app is still at 80% and the real problem is I have a flight back to my country in the next 3 days and I still don’t get my passport back

How long is it going to take for student pass to complete ? I want to know
