At first they requested for an affidavit from the courts to resolve the discrepancy in my names… Which I sent them… Again they demanded for an attestation letter from my embassy resolving to the same issue which I also sent…. Maybe there is no way… But my Institution is taking really long to submit my documents to them

Hi friends, I did forget to include my passport size picture in my file or package that I submitted to my institution for my visa processing but I did scanned it scan it to my institution during the scanning of my documents online. I think you should fulfil your document, if your document it does not complete your visa will be delay.

So I wander if, I take a passport size picture and send it to emgs email and give them all informations. Do think it can help work it out?
