I will fly in 15 January at 2.35 pm and will arrive at 8.35 pm but my University representator let known me that they will never receive me during Sunday. What can i do now View

Really?! Ho get a hotel while they arrive i suggest
do you have your evisa (single entry visa)? if yes, I think when you arrived at KLIA you can directly go to EMGS counter before the immigration. EMGS pic will inform and help you for the process at the immigration.
After that you can go to the nearest hotel and monday go to your University. Hope it helps
