Same thing happened with me..all the new applications fir the month of dec have been cancelled.this was the msg that was sent to me by emgs
In your previous email, you enquired on the status of your Visa Approval Letter (VAL) application. You also highlighted that the processing of your VAL application is at 5% although the institution submitted the required document

Please note that effective the 1st January 2018, an additional amount of RM150 excluding GST will be imposed for all the VAL applications. Since your application was not invoiced prior to the 31st of December 2017, your VAL application was cancelled in the EMGS system. We advise you to contact the institution directly for further assistance with regards to this matter.

now what can i do?

It was just because of system update for 2018 dont worry you will get your application within 2.3 days n you also have to pay 150 + 6% gst tax more for your application
