Hello, could I get some assistance?

My name is Mohammed Sahibur Rahman, I’m a student from Bangladesh studying in Taylor’s.
I applied for the renewal of my eVAL with my new passport (A02316774)
on December 2021. (My old passport number is BR0905371)

Could I get some updates on the progress of my eval? I’ve been waiting for over 2 months now. How long might it take to get my new eval?
