Mazin: The process is as follows:
1. You have eval and single entry visa to enter Malaysia.
2. At the passport control in Malaysia they stamp that your single entry visa has the journey performed on it
3. They put another stamp called the Special Stamp indicating one month of stay for you.

I think can, because i have heard you can proceed to the nearst embassy..
but again you confirm with embassy.
i do not think so,the write letter spevially for india embassy…
they write val letter to the whon concern.
