I’m applying to a new program in a different university (Madinah international) for this reason I have to cancel my old VAL and apply for a new one .
Could you please inform how to cancel the old VAL ?

Kindly note that you have asked me to send my bachelor certificate and I have sent it to my but there is no update yet

I have a problem with my photo
I’ve tried 4 photos with different photographers & the photo checker still gives me the same problem that says ” there are shiny spots on the face ” although the photographers didn’t adjust the photo @ all . I’m really confused what to do cos I can’t try anymore .
Please I need help
