Hello, my visa has entered the EMGs network for more than a week, and now the percentage of visas is still 0%, why is that ah?

My passport number is EA4250969.I’m in a hurry. The school will start soon.I miss Malaysia very much and want to hurry up.Please help me .Thank you so much
