If anyone is vaccinated for COVID vaccine and have the vaccination certificate issued from Govt of his country, do he still need to undergo quarantine in Malaysia while coming back for study?

  Please note that in the event that you are vaccinated, you are still required to undergo the mandatory quarantine upon entry into Malaysia.
