Yes bro, I also went to Zimbabwe cause my country has no embassy, so u can do that as well.. any nearest embassy u can find
I have been told that the student who has no Malaysian embassy at their home country can fly directly with the VAL only. However you must let your universty know the exact date and time of arrivel so they can pick you up from the airport
