Hi, my application its stuck at 32% since more than 2 weeks and, still pending for submission with Immigration Department. What seems to be the problem? Passport YB5341664. Thanks

Hi EMGS, I have seen that EMGS has issued its approval letter, but haven’t submitted my documents to the Immigration Departement. Could you please let me know when do you estimate youl will submit my documents to the Immigration Department? My passport is YB5341664, I’m an italian citizen. Thanks
