My application has been stuck on 32% for 3 months now. Should I be worried? The immigration announced that new students could return to Malaysia when should we expect to return to Malaysia because our universities are charging full fees and are not cutting any costs for online classes. On the other hand, online classes are so hard for international students because of the time difference it hasn’t been easy. Why aren’t we getting the same treatment as existing students I believe all students are students. Please give us an update on this situation it would be appreciated.

  Hi Mathanda,
  
  Please be informed that the Immigration Department for the issuance of the VAL. However, at present, the Immigration Department is not issuing VALs to new international students who are outside Malaysia. We will only be able to advise once we receive further instructions from the Immigration Department.
