I think you should email them again. ASAP. and specify your need and where you are stuck at. Make sure every detail they need to know is it that one single email so they can put you through as fast as they could. Usually they will answer within 7 days (I usually get my reply in 5 days). You should contact both EMGS and th institution, and explain to the the problem you’re facing. Because normally, the institution emails the proof of payment to EMGS just after one or two days EMGS requests it and EMGS normally have to update one day after receiving the proof of payment. You sould call or email them as soon as possible.

Do you mean your intake (start of studies),? that’s strange as most Universities start either in September or February!!
