Activity

So my status says REJECTED, it says that it is ready to download. I am confuse who has the authority to download that document, the school or me? How could I know if the school doing the appeal or not? I’ve applied my student visa in the school since November 3 but until not no good progress and seems like the school authority is too slow to submit all the necessay requirements for my student visa. Please help me with this matter. Thank you!
