Good morning i am AMR ELHAMY NASR MOHAMED ALI NADA

i started online and my visa must be 35 before end ef January to complete the semester ,i already sent all documents u need to my institute ,but it is still 15 % could u plz check what is the problem. Thanks.

  We are yet to receive the documents from your institution. Kindly check if your institution has submitted your documents to us. If your institution submitted your documents via email, kindly provide us the email case number in order for us to check the status of your email.
