No you need to visit Immigration office for cancellation before applying for new visa pass

But won’t it automatically get cancelled once the visa is expired and then later i can apply for new pass??

Are you applying in same institute or you going some where else

Its not about the visa its about the application which you have created in emgs system so before applying to any other institute you need to cancel the 1st application status

But i am applying in same institute. It’s just that i will apply fir degree visa after my foundation visa is cancelled. If i apply in same university still need to cancel??

if the visa is exipred and i havent get it cancelled before, will i be able to apply for new visa??

No you cant because passport is neccessory for cancellation they will make a stamp on it with shoten pas like 10 or 15 days
