I am on 7% since the 13th January… I know there was an misunderstanding in terms of the payment, but we have solved the issue.

Emgs will still need to vet your documents then submit them to the immigration department. It is strange that no progress was made since January 13th. Send your inquiry to enquiry at emgs.com.my with passport number. It is faster of you talk to emgs by phone.
