Hello, i want to ask, i already obtained my VAL and now i have to apply for SEV. When i can apply for SEV if my admission is on 2 september 2019 ?

  Hello Marilyn Goh,
  
  If you are travelling from a country which requires SEV to enter Malaysia, the place to obtain SEV would have been mentioned in your VAL. The SEV will be issued by Malaysian Embassy in your country. Your VAL will be valid for 6 months , whereby your SEV will be valid for 3 months. Thus, it is advisable for you to contact your institute to plan your travel to Malaysia. It is also highly advisable for you to send your name and passport number to enquiry(at)emgs.com.my for us to check and explain in detail on your SEV requirement and place to obtain SEV.
