Hello EMGS, I have applied for PhD in UTM after I finished my master here. I already shortened my visa and my status 30%. My previous university just submited me my passport only today😭 and my shorten pass will be expired in 09th of May. Do you think I can get my VAL this week to request special pass from my university. It is very good university and the stuff are good too.

I started from 12th April.. and VAL has approved on 11th May.. It shouldve been on 1st May because when it was 15% i didnt know that my medical report was incomplete.. Then after 10 days, i just re-submitted my medical report
