If you have valid visa then you can travel I think..I’m not sure though.

Have you try the old SOP like before the pandemic then rather use EMGS Travel Authorization try to use MTP for the dependent. FYI other worker can bring their DEPENDENT why student CANT?

How long it took time to extend, I have applied on 5th October through my University. Still, there is no update
